Your new company An industry-leading facilities management provider is seeking an experienced Senior Facilities Manager to oversee a large portfolio of assets across Western Sydney. This is a senior position responsible for delivering high-quality facilities management services while leading and supporting Facilities Coordinators and other staff

Your new role

Reporting to the Account Lead, you will be responsible for the operational management of a large and geographically dispersed portfolio of sites. You will ensure contract performance, stakeholder satisfaction, compliance, and financial outcomes while providing leadership and support to a team

Key Responsibilities

- Lead facilities management operations across a portfolio of assets
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Facilities Coordinators
- Ensure contractual KPIs and service delivery standards are consistently achieved
- Oversee planned, preventative, and reactive maintenance programmes
- Manage contractor performance, procurement activities, and service delivery outcomes
- Build robust relationships with client stakeholders, site leadership teams, and service providers
- Monitor compliance with statutory, regulatory, and health & safety requirements
- Prepare and present monthly operational reports, performance metrics,



and asset insights
- Support capital works, minor projects, and asset improvement initiatives
- Lead risk management, incident response, and business continuity activities

What you'll need to succeed

- Significant experience in a Senior Facilities Manager role or similar
- Proven experience managing large or multi-site property portfolios
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing Facilities Coordinators, or operational teams
- Strong contractor, vendor, and stakeholder management skills
- Sound understanding of building services, maintenance management, compliance, and risk management
- Experience managing operational budgets and financial reporting
- Excellent communication, reporting, and relationship-building skills
- Strong knowledge of facilities management systems and Microsoft Office applications
