About the role:

We're looking for a commercially minded Senior Finance Business Partner – Manufacturing to partner with our Orchard Hills manufacturing team and help drive operational performance, financial outcomes and continuous improvement.This is a highly visible role where you'll work alongside manufacturing leaders, turning operational data into commercial insights that improve productivity, reduce costs and support strategic decision-making.

This role will be 5 days on site at Orchard Hills.

What you’ll be responsible for:

•Partner with Manufacturing Leadership to drive financial and operational performance.

•Be actively engaged with the manufacturing floor and site leadership team to understand performance drivers, identify opportunities and support decision-making

•Provide commercial insights and challenge to improve productivity, profitability and operational efficiency.

•Partner with the Manufacturing team to identify, quantify and track productivity,



waste reduction and cost improvement opportunities.

•Analyse key manufacturing KPIs including labour, waste, yield, inventory, conversion costs and OEE

•Deliver budgeting, forecasting, month-end reporting and variance analysis.

•Lead site labour and overhead standard costing models and manage operational KPI reporting for local and overseas management.

•Support capital investment decisions through financial modelling (NPV, IRR and payback)

•Drive continuous improvement initiatives, improve reporting automation, data quality and financial process improvements.

•Ensure strong financial governance, compliance and safety leadership across the site.

•Lead and develop a small team while building strong relationships across Finance, Operations and Supply Chain

What you’ll bring:

•CPA or CA qualification with relevant tertiary education.

•Commercially minded – You will be able to deliver the numbers but also turn the numbers into action!

•5+ years' Finance Business Partner experience within manufacturing (FMCG highly regarded).

•Strong knowledge of manufacturing finance, costing, labour and operational KPIs.

•Experience with ERP systems (Dynamics 365 preferred).

•Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

•Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools is advantageous.

•A continuous improvement mindset with the confidence to challenge, influence and drive change
