The Chance An ASX listed global industry leader our client is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to act as the key strategic business partner to the Sales & Marketing functions. This is a critical senior commercial leadership opportunity to ensure the company's financial success and strategic growth. This is an initial 10 month contract position requiring an immediate start. The Challenge The focus of the position is to enable, drive and identify opportunities for revenue growth, profit enhancement and cost optimization. Additional responsibilities will include:

- Acting as a critical member of the finance SLT, the Senior Finance Business Partner is responsible for providing commercial support to the General Manager Sales, CFO, Supply Marketing team, CEO and broader executive leadership team
- Act as the key partner the GM shaping strategic and operational decisions through clear insights, thoughtful challenge, and actionable recommendation
- Developing financial plans, analysing performance and implementing commercial strategies aligned with business objectives
- Evaluate market trends and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decision making
- Drive rigorous commercial evaluation of capital investment proposals, including business case development, ROI analysis, and post-investment performance review
- Be intimately involved in the Sales & Operations Planning process including driving significant improvements and building and owning the S&OP; financial model
- Risk management and performance improvement





The Expertise Please consider expressing interest in this position if you possess the following:

- CA/CPA/MBA qualified you have significant experience in a medium to large complex business partnering sales/commercial functions
- Previous experience partnering supply chain functions will be looked upon favourably
- Superior commercial orientation with demonstrated experiencing partnering operational executives
- Transformational zeal and a flair for process improvement, this organisation is experiencing an accelerated growth trajectory whilst undergoing change and transformation
- You are a hands on commercial leader with the ability to be 'in the detail'
- Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport with all levels of stakeholders
- Strong organisational skills, the ability to meet tight deadlines and work both autonomously and as a team
