The Role The primary focus of this role is to support the delivery of tailored financial strategies to their clients.

To be successful, you will bring proven experience across a broad range of strategies, including Superannuation, Retirement Planning, Insurance and Investment solutions.

You will benefit from dedicated paraplanning and client services support as well as ongoing training and professional development to keep your skills sharp and ensure long-term success in the role.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Partnering with clients to create tailored financial plans that cover all aspects of wealth management.

- Providing strategic advice across cash flow, debt, superannuation, investments, insurance, and estate planning.

- Building and maintaining trusted, long-term client relationships.





- Ensuring advice and service is delivered on time, in full, and to the highest standard.

- Proactively contributing to the growth of the practice by building networks and referral opportunities.

About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally have the ability to work with all strategies of clients on all levels from accumulation to retirement.

To succeed with this role you will be a strong team player with the proven ability to communicate complex financial situations simply and convincingly, with the following skills:

- Degree/Masters in financial planning (or equivalent qualification) that meets current education/FASEA standards.

- 2–5 years’ experience as a qualified Financial Planner

- Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.

- High attention to detail and a strong sense of skilled responsibility.

- Self-motivated and committed to continuous learning and professional development.

- A proactive team player who is prepared to do what’s required to deliver the best client outcomes.
