We are looking for skilled and motivated candidates to fill a Senior HR Advisor, Wellbeing and Employee Relations with a background in workplace health and safety and rehabilitation. The Senior HR Advisor, Wellbeing and Employee Relations, supports the Assistant Director Wellbeing and Employee Relations to deliver a high level of service to National Archives. The role is responsible for the management of the National Archives’ Performance Management program and wellbeing and employee relations matters.
The position includes the management of incidents and cases, including rehabilitation support for injured or ill employees and their managers. This position is also responsible for the delivery of strategic WHS and rehabilitation initiatives and continuous improvements in services, policies, processes and guidelines.
The ideal candidates will have experience in managing WHS and Rehabilitation Management Systems, as well as a thorough understanding of relevant legislation, including the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 and the Safety, Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 1988.
