Leading Hand / All-Rounder Tradesman – Plumbing & Civil

Acqua Flow Plumbing Pty Ltd is looking for an experienced all-rounder to join our team across commercial, construction and civil projects in Sydney.
What you’ll be doing:
- Reading plans and running jobs on site
- Getting hands-on with the tools day to day
- Guiding and supporting the crew to get tasks done efficiently
- Communicating directly with builders and foremen
- Leading teams and working alongside them — not just managing from the sidelines
What we’re after:
- Solid plumbing/civil trade experience
- Confident reading plans and managing a job site
- Strong communicator, comfortable dealing with builders and foremen
- Can run a team and still get stuck in yourself
- Reliable, punctual, positive work ethic
