Super Kitchens Pty Ltd is seeking a Cabinet Maker Apprentice to join our team on a full‑time basis in Keilor East VIC 3033. This is an exciting opportunity to launch your career in the carpentry and cabinet making industry under the guidance of experienced craftspeople. As an apprentice, you will be learning the trade from the ground up, developing practical skills in cabinet design, construction, and finishing whilst earning a qualification that will set you up for a successful career in this rewarding industry.

What you’ll be doing

Assisting experienced cabinet makers with the design and construction of custom cabinetry and kitchen installations

Learning to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively, including saws, sanders, jointers and routers

Preparing materials and components for assembly, including cutting, shaping and finishing timber

Assembling cabinet frames and units, ensuring precision and quality standards are met

Applying finishes such as staining, painting and varnishing to cabinets and timber components

Installing cabinets on site, including measuring, levelling and securing units to walls

Maintaining a clean and organised workshop, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained

Following safety protocols and workplace procedures at all times

Completing formal training components of the apprenticeship through a registered training provider

What we’re looking for

A keen interest in carpentry, cabinet making and working with timber

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work





A willingness to learn and take on feedback from experienced tradespeople

Good problem‑solving skills and the ability to think logically about construction challenges

Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and standing for extended periods

6. A valid driver’s licence is preferred but not essential

7. A genuine passion for the trades and a desire to build a long‑term career in cabinet making
