Working with Marlin Coast Swimming & Fitness means opportunities to work across one of our amazing locations.

About the Role

- Ensure the safety of all patrons
- Maintain vigilant supervision across aquatic facilities
- Identify and respond to potential risks
- Respond confidently to first aid situations and emergencies
- Maintain physical fitness required for the role
- Inspect facilities and report hazards
- Educate patrons on the Keep Watch Policy
- Support daily pool operations and water quality checks
- Enforce facility rules and safety policies
- Contribute to a positive, welcoming environment for the community
- Carry out general duties as required
- Work flexible shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays

Qualifications (Essential)

- Pool Lifeguard Certificate (Australia)
- CPR Certificate
- First Aid Certificate
- Working with Children Blue Card
- At least 12 months experience

Applicants must have Australian work rights and reliable transport.
