HCF is seeking a Member Care Consultant to manage the member experience for our members, delivering personal and exceptional service over the phone in our contact centre. You will promote HCF products and aim for First Contact Resolution.

This permanent, full time role is 37.5 hours per week on a rotational roster with hybrid work after training. Training is in Parramatta for three months in-office before switching to hybrid. Interviews are on 18 August 2026.
