About the role Iqgeo is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team on a fixed-term contract basis. This role is pivotal in enhancing our brand presence and driving engagement through innovative digital marketing strategies. As a key player in our marketing department, you will collaborate with various teams to develop and execute campaigns that resonate with our target audience. Your expertise will help us elevate our digital footprint and achieve our business objectives.

What you’ll do

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with Iqgeo's business goals and objectives.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email, and search engines, to maximize reach and engagement.
- Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve ROI.
- Collaborate with the content team to create compelling and relevant content that engages our audience and supports lead generation efforts.
- Oversee the management of the company's website, ensuring it is user-friendly, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop targeted marketing materials and campaigns that support lead generation and conversion efforts.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, implementing new techniques and tools to enhance our marketing efforts.




- Manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking expenditures against planned budgets.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with Iqgeo's brand and messaging.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends, providing insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Lead and mentor junior marketing staff, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and skilled growth.
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management, summarizing campaign performance and strategic recommendations.

Requirements

- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role, preferably within the technology or software sector.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, and social media management tools.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong project management skills,



with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience in managing budgets and optimizing marketing spend for maximum impact.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Nice to have

- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
- Experience in B2B marketing, particularly in the software or technology industry.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
- Previous experience in managing a team or mentoring junior staff.
- Understanding of GDPR and data privacy regulations as they pertain to digital marketing.
