What you will enjoy doing

- Deliver technical support and solutions with outstanding customer experience.
- Provide resolution of customer complaints effectively and in a timely manner.
- Build strong cooperative relationships with your team as well as other departments.
- Identify and communicate local growth opportunities and maintain efficient warehouse processes.
- Contribute to the overall branch performance.
- Accurately and timely process orders in SAP.
- Comply with SPW Safety policies and procedures.

- Experience in a retail sales environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong focus on customer service.
- SAP skills are desirable.
- Welding, Fabrication or similar trade knowledge is highly regarded.
