About The Role

This is a rare prospect for an experienced **Consultant Psychiatrist** to take on a **senior leadership role** within a well-established **Mental Health Intensive Care Unit** in South East Sydney.

The position offers a blend of **hands-on clinical practice** and **strategic leadership**, overseeing the delivery of high-acuity psychiatric care for patients experiencing severe and complex mental health conditions. You will play a key role in shaping service delivery through clinical governance, quality improvement, risk management and service planning initiatives.
