Options Consulting Group is partnering with a fast-growing Australian apparel business to appoint a Commercial Manager in a newly created leadership role.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a business that has established a strong reputation in the market and continues to experience significant growth. With a strong entrepreneurial culture, ambitious plans for the future and a focus on delivering exceptional outcomes for its customers, the business is seeking a commercially driven leader to help shape its next phase of growth.

Reporting directly to the General Manager, this newly created position will take ownership of the commercial function, managing key customer partnerships, commercial agreements and the execution required to deliver long-term business success.

You will be responsible for managing and strengthening existing B2B customer relationships,



overseeing the delivery of long-term commercial supplier agreements and ensuring commitments across product, service, pricing and delivery are executed effectively. Working closely with internal teams across Production, Warehouse, Finance and Operations, you will ensure customer requirements are translated into successful business outcomes.

The role will also provide commercial leadership across forecasting, budgeting, margin management, pricing strategy and business performance, identifying opportunities to improve profitability, enhance customer partnerships and support continued growth.

This role will suit an experienced commercial leader with a background in apparel, wholesale, retail, uniforms or similar product-based environment. You will have solid commercial acumen, experience managing complex customer relationships and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
