What you’ll own
- Paid Media Strategy & Execution. Full-funnel managementof Google andMeta ad accounts; leading strategy, rapidcreative testing andcontinuous performanceoptimisation
- Email & Lifecycle.
Build and optimiseKlaviyo flows andtargeted campaigns thatdrive repeat purchases
- Translating Data. Leverage raw performancedata into actionablecampaigniterations
- Website & Conversion. Optimise landing pagesand CVR continuouslytrending upward
- Creative calls. Knowing when atest beats waitingon the fullproduction, and briefingthe bigger stuffproperly when itcounts
About you
- A track recordin performance marketing, with hands-onexperience in strategicplanning and hands-on execution runningMeta Ads Managerand Google Ads
- Robust ability toanalyse performance anduse data-drivenapproaches to optimisingcampaigns
- You're a lifecycleand eCommerce nativewith hands-onexperiencedriving customer retentionthrough Klaviyo (orsimilar) andmanaging day-to-day operations inShopify.
- You know whencreative's working andwhy; and you'renotafraid toknock together alo-fi versionyourself to findout
