We're seeking an experienced Collaboration Technical Specialist to join a major Defence ICT capability program delivering secure, resilient, and highly available collaboration platforms supporting critical operational outcomes.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced SharePoint Infrastructure Specialist or Collaboration Engineer to work on complex enterprise environments, driving the design, administration, and continual improvement of collaboration services across a nationally significant program.

About the Role

Working as part of a highly skilled infrastructure team, you will:

- Administer and maintain enterprise SharePoint 2016/2019 environments.
- Design and implement collaboration platforms, intranet portals, document management solutions, and custom content types.
- Lead infrastructure enhancements to improve performance, scalability, and availability.
- Integrate SharePoint with enterprise technologies including Active Directory, Exchange, SQL Server, and file services.
- Develop PowerShell automation to streamline administration and content management.
- Produce technical documentation, build guides, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Work closely with infrastructure, security,



and project teams to deliver secure and scalable collaboration solutions.

What We're Looking For

You'll ideally bring:

- Demonstrated experience supporting enterprise SharePoint environments within Defence or other secure ICT environments.
- Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, permissions, service applications, and administration.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
- Knowledge of Windows Server, SQL Server, IIS, and enterprise networking fundamentals.
- The ability to translate business and technical requirements into practical collaboration solutions.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Experience working with secure infrastructure, governance frameworks, Microsoft collaboration technologies, or highly regulated environments will be highly regarded.
