About The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Strategy Associate to work across strategy and M&A; within our Group Strategy team at Endeavour Group, an ASX listed company.
You’ll support the development of strategic plans and projects for the Group and its business units, targeting significant sources of profitable growth and accelerating delivery beyond BAU.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform complex analysis and extract insights.
- Develop actionable, data-driven insights to support senior decision-making.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify threats and opportunities.
- Create written communication materials to deliver insights and analysis.
- Project manage parts of projects and/or transactions.
- Work with stakeholders across the business, including senior leadership, to define business challenges and opportunities.
- Assist in structuring problems and defining action plans.
- Influence stakeholders to deliver impactful change.
- Support evaluation of M&A; opportunities across the Group.
- Coordinate and compile due diligence for potential investments and manage advisors.
Qualifications & Experience
- 4-6 years experience in strategy consultancy, corporate strategy, investment banking, private equity or a related field.
- Ability to work and excel in a high-performing team workplace.
- Outstanding academic record and social achievements.
- Experience managing projects or transaction processes.
- Experience in quantitative modelling.
- Excellent written and oral communication and strong interpersonal influence skills.
- Consumer market and/or retail experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of strategic problem solving and frameworks.
