- Drive the development of new business opportunities with potential and existing clients within prioritized geographic assignments.
- Apply a capital Lead Management model to ensure precise customer segmentation through STP (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning).
- Increase market share for robotic products and services in the assigned region—managing the full cycle from lead generation (cold, warm, hot) to customer acquisition and satisfaction.
- Lead the planning and execution of business growth initiatives through close collaboration with local country leadership and customers in an inclusive and results-driven manner.
- Identify, assess, and negotiate strategic partnerships, collaborations, and alliances to broaden product portfolio and expand market reach.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare institutions, surgeons, and industry influencers.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement effective product launch strategies.
- Initiate and oversee new product development projects with clients,



from initial scoping through to commercial launch.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, and Supply Chain—to ensure seamless product delivery and superior service quality.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in business development within the medical device or healthcare sector, specifically involving high-value capital sales exceeding $1M. Background in surgical robotics—soft or hard tissue systems is highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of the healthcare market, regulatory workplace, and evolving surgical trends.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities in a dynamic setting.
- Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to manage teams effectively.
