Eldercare is seeking a Dementia Support Assistant to provide one-on-one engagement and care for residents living with dementia at Eldercare The Lodge, Wayville. You will work with the site leadership and Clinical Nurse Consultant – Dementia to deliver high-quality support in memory care units.

Qualifications include a Certificate III in Ageing, with at least 6 months in aged care, and a passion for resident wellbeing.
