The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced financial services professional who enjoys partnering with financial advisers to help them grow their businesses, improve client outcomes and successfully implement Trellia's managed account solutions. This is a client-facing role combining adviser relationship management, financial planning knowledge, managed account implementation and practice enablement.

Key Responsibilities

- Build trusted relationships with advisers and practice principals.
- Analyse client books and prepare platform, investment and fee comparisons.
- Develop transition strategies, implementation schedules and migration plans.
- Support SOA/ROA templates within Xplan or equivalent advice software.
- Train advisers on the Trellia Adviser Portal, migration tools and implementation processes.
- Develop calculators, templates, playbooks and practical resources.
- Develop client communication material including presentations, transition guides, FAQs and email campaigns.
- Manage multiple adviser transitions simultaneously.
- Assess resource requirements and coordinate advisers, platform representatives, implementation specialists, custodians, fund managers, registries,



insurers and internal teams.
- Provide progress reporting, track milestones and communicate completion timeframes.
- Capture feedback and continuously improve transition methodology.

What We're Looking For

- Minimum five years' experience in financial services.
- Experience with advisers, managed accounts, investment platforms, wealth or funds management.
- Robust project management, stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Commercial awareness and understanding of advice practice operations.
- Background in paraplanning or financial planning support (desirable).
- Experience developing SOA/ROA templates (desirable).
- Working knowledge of adviser software, including Xplan (preferred), AdviserLogic, Midwinter, Coin, Salesforce or equivalent CRM/advice software, plus investment platforms and managed account technology.
