Sephora is looking for a Retail Assistant (Beauty Advisor) to join the Erina team on a part‑time basis.
Overview
As a Retail Assistant you will inspire and help customers become the best version of themselves. You will work across all departments – beauty, skincare, haircare, and wellness – and receive initial onboarding training plus ongoing learning through our online learning platform and field trainers.

Responsibilities
- Provide an amazing customer experience by welcoming, listening to, and embracing each customer’s unique needs.
- Stay knowledgeable about new products, beauty trends, and techniques.
- Help customers discover the features and benefits of our CRM program.
- Share and develop knowledge of our iconic brands with the Beauty Advisor team.
- Participate in cross‑training and attend in‑store beauty expert training sessions.
- Collaborate with the team to build lasting relationships with clients and colleagues.
Qualifications
- Previous sales experience in a retail or customer‑facing workplace.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
- Passion for sharing beauty knowledge with customers and colleagues.
Working Hours
Availability of at least 3 full days per week, including evenings and weekends, with a focus on Thursday to Sunday.
