We are looking for a versatile and energetic branch all-rounder to assist in all areas of our branch operations from the workshop to warehouse support.
This workshop-based role offers the chance to advance at your own pace into customer service and is ideal for someone committed to delivering outstanding performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering consistent and high-quality service to our customers
- Support order fulfillment by assembling workshop requirements according to customer specifications.
- Adapt to customer timelines to effectively meet their needs
- Assist customers with trade counter and phone sales enquiries and follow up with quotes, pricing and product enquiries in a timely manner.
- Participate in monitoring stock levels and communicate purchasing needs to the procurement team.
- Accurately pick and pack orders, prepare shipping documents, and verify orders for invoicing.
This hands-on role involves physically handling goods to prepare customer orders for dispatch, receipt, and proper storage.
About you - Skills and experience:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- At least have 6 months experience within either customer service, workshop or warehouse environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to lift heavy bulky items to handle stock as well as picking and packing.
- Productive and willing team player with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Current driver's license
- Experience in the manufacturing industrial and hydraulic hose assemblies or similar background (Desirable)
