About the Role:

You will play a vital role in supporting our Fleet Sales Department by ensuring seamless administration processes and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Processing new vehicle orders and customer documentation
- Preparing registration paperwork and ensuring compliance requirements are met




- Managing vehicle invoicing with accuracy and attention to detail
- Coordinating vehicle delivery schedules with customers
- Preparing delivery documentation, logbooks and keys
- Assisting with vehicle inspections and delivery preparation
- Supporting the Fleet Sales team with administration and data entry
- Assisting with vehicle handovers both onsite and offsite

What We Are Looking For:

- Previous automotive administration experience
- Exceptionalorganisationaland multitasking skills
- Solid attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Excellent computer skills
- Current Queensland C Class Driver Licence
- Revolution Software experience highly desirable
