Are you an experienced Client Service Manager looking to join one of Brisbane's most respected financial planning firms? The Opportunity - Working alongside a Financial Adviser, you'll take ownership of the client experience for a portfolio of approximately 100-120 clients, ensuring every interaction is delivered with professionalism, efficiency and care.
This is a role for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a structured environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end client service experience
- Prepare and coordinate client review meetings
- Implement financial advice recommendations
- Liaise with clients,
product providers and internal stakeholders
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation
- Ensure ongoing service requirements are delivered efficiently
- Build trusted relationships with clients and support advisers in delivering an outstanding advice experience
About You
- Previous experience as a Client Service Manager, Client Services Officer or Senior CSO within financial planning
- Experience using Xplan (preferred)
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and strong compliance awareness
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive mindset and genuine passion for helping clients
