You'll work alongside Senior Engineers, support a wide range of customer environments, and gain hands‑on experience with modern cloud technologies while developing toward a future Level 3 position.

Responsibilities

- Provide Level 2 technical support across Microsoft environments.
- Troubleshoot servers, networking and cloud technologies.
- Assist with infrastructure projects and customer deployments.
- Support Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
- Work closely with Senior Engineers on larger implementations.
- Produce clear technical documentation.
- Visit client sites across Sydney when required.

- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Current Australian Driver's License.
