BFT St Kilda is seeking an experienced Head Coach to lead a high-performing team and shape the coaching culture of the studio. You’ll coach, mentor and develop staff while delivering exceptional member experiences and ensuring adherence to BFT programming.

You will work closely with the Studio Manager and owners on staff development, onboarding and growth initiatives, with a focus on retention and community engagement. This is a full time leadership role that rewards performance and progression.
