This listed media organisation is going through a period of significant growth and change. We have been engaged to conduct a search to secure a Chief Content Officer to lead the transformation of the content product and delivery.

The business delivers loved and trusted content to a large and ever-expanding audience. They have been a pillar of the Australian media landscape for many years.

This appointment marks an significant transition in the growth and strategic positioning of the organisation.

The position is as much a digital transformation leadership role as it is a traditional editorial one. You’ll be tasked with developing a content cadence and framework to improve the way the product is developed and delivered. You will also play a pivotal role in shaping technology and AI systems which facilitate information flows,



and feed into audience, monetisation and revenue growth.

The remit is broad, taking in strategy, growth, AI, technology, editorial, diversification, production and delivery. With an experienced and high performing team of direct reports, your role will be to engage and lead, shaping and growing the content team.

Coming from a senior content, strategy or editorial background in big tech or a major media organisation, you will bring a proven track record or driving growth throughout your career. You will be rewarded with a highly attractive exec package.
