We are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Proposal Lead to support our client, a leader in flow‑measurement and smart water‑management systems for utilities and major infrastructure projects. The role focuses on producing high‑quality tender submissions, proposals, and business development materials. You will transform complex technical information into clear, engaging, and visually compelling content while collaborating with Proposals, Marketing, Business Development, and Technical teams to deliver client‑ready documents, presentations, infographics, and visual assets aligned with brand standards.

Based in Mulgrave, this full‑time role offers the opportunity to contribute meaningful, visually compelling work that strengthens our client's tender outcomes and brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

Create engaging visual content for tenders, proposals, and BD activities.

Manage the full bid lifecycle from bid/no‑bid through to submission.

Design tender documents, infographics, covers, dividers, and presentations (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint).

Translate technical information into clear diagrams, visuals, and client‑ready content.

Coordinate cross‑functional bid teams and track progress.





Maintain and improve the proposal content library.

Support win themes, storyboards, and bid strategy development.

Ensure all submissions meet compliance, governance, and client requirements.

Act as the central point of contact for all bid‑related communications.

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Solid visual communication skills and attention to detail.

Advanced capability across Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to interpret technical information and present it clearly and visually.

Experience with government procurement or tendering processes (highly desirable).

Able to manage deadlines, multitask, and work effectively under pressure.
