Program Details
12‑month graduate program with rotations across the organization, followed by a permanent full‑time prospect. Includes a support network of mentors, buddies and a dedicated graduate program manager, a Graduate Learning Series, and a capstone project presented to senior leaders.
About the Opportunity
Join our Digital team as a Graduate, using data and insights to shape and improve RACV’s digital channels and platforms. You will partner with stakeholders to turn insights into meaningful outcomes and work with product, UX, marketing and technology teams to test new ideas and measure results.
Responsibilities
- Analyse data and insights to understand customer needs, identify trends and inform digital decisions.
- Present insights to stakeholders, translating data into meaningful and actionable recommendations.
- Support delivery of new features and improvements across digital channels to enhance customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer journey and build the case for change through data and insights.
- Work with product, UX, marketing and technology teams to test new ideas and measure outcomes.
- Develop analytics,
problem‑solving and communication skills while contributing to RACV’s digital experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Commerce, Computer Science, Data Science or a related field.
- Completed studies by end of 2026 or within the last 2 years.
- Strong analytical thinking, ability to interpret data, identify meaningful insights and collaborate with stakeholders.
- Curious and motivated to learn with a genuine interest in data, digital platforms and customer experience.
- Clear communication of insights and recommendations that can be understood and acted upon.
- Resilience and adaptability to work in a quick‑paced and evolving environment.
- Ownership mindset and proactive problem‑solving approach.
- Previous work experience in marketing, commerce, computer science, data science and customer engagement (desirable).
- Willingness to travel to different RACV resorts across Victoria.
