Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Site Manager to join our team.
About the Role
As a Site Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day construction of custom residential projects from commencement through to completion. You'll work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, clients and our internal team to ensure every project is delivered safely, on time and to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day site operations.
- Coordinate trades, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship and quality control.
- Ensure compliance with Victorian building regulations and OH&S; requirements.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve construction issues.
- Liaise with clients, architects and consultants throughout the build.
- Maintain site documentation and reporting.
About You
You'll have:
- Minimum 5 years' experience managing custom residential construction projects.
- Robust knowledge of Victorian residential building regulations.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills.
- Experience managing trades, schedules and project budgets.
- A proactive attitude and strong attention to detail.
- Current driver's licence.
Highly regarded:
- Experience delivering high-performance or Passive House homes.
- Experience with Buildxact and Xero.
- Willingness to travel across Melbourne's northern suburbs.
