Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service where you and your customer will have memorable, meaningful interactions.
- Complete memorable sales transactions, aiming to reach set store sales goals.
- Maintain a consistently high standard of store presentation while ensuring that new stock is promptly and accurately displayed and replenished.
- Demonstrate initiative by actively keeping your knowledge up-to-date on pet care, products, and services.
- Contribute to a fun, supportive culture in‑store where the team loves coming to work each and every day.
- Have a robust safety mindset with a commitment to create a culture of safety within your team.

Qualifications

- A passion for animals and for providing the best customer service.
- Experience in a similar retail environment.
- Demonstrated drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.




- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and rapport with customers and the team.
- Physically fit, with the ability to lift products up to 20kg.
- Flexibility and willingness to work weekends and public holidays.
