Allens is seeking up to 10 lawyers to join our Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth, or Sydney offices. You will work with Partners and the wider team, gaining exposure to complex transactions and building a niche while laying a strong foundation across the field.
You will draft documents, manage matters, review work, lead negotiations, perform due diligence, and engage in business development, mentoring junior lawyers in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
