We're seeking a dynamic leader to manage our Wellbeing teams and coordinate vital programs in the vibrant community of Minjilang.
What you'll do:
- Lead teams in Sport and Recreation, Creche, Night Patrol, Community Care, and Broadcasting
- Develop and implement engaging community initiatives
- Provide administrative support and ensure timely reporting
What you'll need:
- Diploma in Business or Community Services or 2 years of demonstrable experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Cultural awareness and appreciation of remote Indigenous communities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and information technology
- Current NT Driver’s License and Ochre Card (or ability to obtain)
