This highly visible frontline role coaches leaders, influences behaviours and ensures wellbeing is built into daily operations without compromising throughput.

You will deliver the Certis Spark Program to strengthen psychological safety, drive prevention-led safety, and reinforce positive behaviours through initiatives like CIRCLE Walks
