Sonder is seeking a Continuing Care Team Clinician to deliver specialist mental health care to young people aged 12–25 experiencing, or at risk of, first-episode psychosis. You will provide intensive case management, CBT-based interventions, and recovery-oriented support within a multidisciplinary team.

You will collaborate with families and partners to implement person-centered treatment plans and ensure seamless care across community and inpatient settings, contributing to positive recovery
