IRT Shoalhaven is seeking an on-site Pharmacist to join the residential aged care team, delivering collaborative medication management across facilities. The ACOP will support GPs, nurses and staff to optimise medicines and promote secure, person-centred care for residents.

Applicants must be AHPRA-registered, credentialed ACOP and complete APC accredited training, with a focus on reducing medication-related harm and working within a multidisciplinary team.
