Overview

The role of Customer Experience Associate – Trading and Investment involves providing front‑line support to clients across phone, email, web chat and social media.

Responsibilities

- Providing front line support to clients across phone, email, web chat and social media.
- Answering queries from the global client base on all of our products and platforms.
- Providing an execution‑only phone dealing service (following relevant training and support).
- Resolving trade disputes.
- Providing clients with technical support with our front‑end platforms and chart packages.
- Proactively conversing with our clients about financial markets and our latest innovations.
- Conducting audit checks and client administration tasks.

Qualifications

- A degree‑level education (or similar experience).
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- A genuine interest in the financial markets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Confident to employ basic math skills, particularly mental arithmetic.
- Literacy in MS Office.
- A sales background would be an advantage but not a requirement.
