Overview

We’re looking for a Senior Manager - Enterprise Delivery to help shape how a large and complex organisation prioritises, plans and delivers its strategic agenda.

This is not a traditional PMO or hands-on delivery role. It’s an enterprise advisory and transformation position for someone who can connect strategy, investment, capacity and delivery and influence senior stakeholders to focus on fewer, higher-value outcomes.

What you’ll be doing:

- Lead the evolution of the organisation’s quarterly enterprise delivery cycle across digital, AI and Data.
- Establish a single, transparent enterprise priority list that connects strategy and annual planning with quarterly execution.
- Help shift the organisation from managing large volumes of tactical activity to focusing on strategically significant business outcomes.
- Identify work that should be consolidated, deprioritised or stopped based on strategic alignment, value and capacity.
- Improve visibility and management of cross-functional dependencies, delivery capacity and competing priorities.
- Facilitate senior stakeholder planning, prioritisation and review sessions, providing clear, evidence-based recommendations to executive leadership.
- Develop and embed an enterprise delivery framework, including practical governance, decision rights and ways of working.
- Support organisational design and change initiatives to improve collaboration between business,



technology and delivery teams.
- Help translate the organisation’s Digital, Data & AI ambitions into practical delivery and operating model changes.

What we’re looking for: Significant experience across enterprise delivery, transformation, portfolio management, and strategic planning, with a solid understanding of technology and digital environments.
