A high growth SaaS business is looking for a hands-on senior marketing leader to take full ownership of the function. Already sitting at approximately $10m ARR with strong product market fit, this is a outstanding opportunity to build and shape a relatively new marketing function and report directly to the CEO.

About the role

As part of the senior leadership team, you'll lead a small marketing team (3 HC) and take complete ownership of demand gen, product marketing and organic growth. With real budget behind you (~$1mill) to test, learn and scale what works, and strong backing from the CEO to make an impact, you'll be the driving force behind lead generation and pipeline. You'll work closely with sales to keep momentum strong. Day to day you will:

- Own channel management and demand gen as the core engine for lead volume and quality
- Manage paid digital, ABM, direct mail and events campaigns, working closely with your team
- Own product marketing, translating feature releases into sharp positioning and messaging
- Own lead reporting and live dashboards, measuring optimisation with rigour





About you This is an all round marketing leadership role, ideal for someone wanting to step up from a growth role into owning a function end to end. You will:

- Be commercially minded, understand the ROI on your marketing spend and be comfortable reporting to the CEO and board
- Show initiative, coming up with campaign, event and content ideas that move the needle with your customers and bring them into the pipeline
- Be comfortable using AI tools to work smarter and more efficiently across campaigns, content and reporting (and have examples to speak to)
- Have a strong background in paid media, SEO or emerging search so you can understand the data
- Have worked in-house in B2B SaaS environments and understand what genuinely works
- Have direct people management experience of small teams, this would be ideal but not a deal breaker

The logistics Location: North Sydney with a hybrid set up, 3 days in office, 2 days from home.

Salary: ~$160k + super (bonus to be discussed)
