Senior MYOB Bookkeeper | Administrator | Manafucturing Business

Part Time School Hours Role - Brisbane Northside

$85K + super pro rata across 25 hours The Opportunity;

Fabulous onsite bookkeeping and administration position approximately 25 hours per week across 5 days for a motivated and experienced bookkeeper to assist with all bookkeeping processes, administration, customer service and working closely with the administrative team.

Previous experience in a manufacturing environment would be advantageous.

To be successful in this role you will need to have previous bookkeeping experience and full knowledge of MYOB.

Responsibilities will include.

- Accounts Payable entering, reconciliations and payment runs
- Payroll and preparation of BAS
- Account receivables and the collection of debts
- Data entry recording of all financial transactions, bank reconciliation processing.
- Ordering processing
- Finalise and close off EOM, EOY
- Liaising with external accountants for all compliance requirements
- Electronic filing and systems management
- General administrative duties
- Reporting as required by management.





The ideal candidate will have;

- Minimum 3 - 4 + years’ bookkeeping experience
- Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of MYOB
- Inventory experience would be advantageous.
- Experience with Microsoft Office skills, Excel and MYOB
- Qualification in Bookkeeping such as Cert IV preferred
- Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles
- An organised approach and ability to follow systems and procedures.
