With several opportunities available within the payroll function, this organisation is renowned for valuing its people and maintaining a strong commitment to excellence. Reporting to a highly experienced and supportive Payroll Manager, this role offers a fantastic chance to enhance your skills in a collaborative and people-focused environment.

About the Role:

- Process end-to-end payroll for in line with relevant legislation and company policies.
- Maintain and update payroll records, including employee details, leave balances, and pay adjustments.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of salaries, superannuation, and other entitlements.
- Interpret and apply relevant awards,



enterprise agreements, and workplace legislation.
- Assist with payroll reconciliations, reporting, and audits as required.
- Respond to employee payroll queries in a timely and skilled manner.

Skills and Experience

- Previous payroll experience in a similar end to end role is essential.
- Exposure to Dayforce payroll system is crucial.
- Experience with award interpretation is required.
- An in depth understanding of Australian payroll legislation and processes is essential. Experience with global payroll functions would be a benefit.
- Exceptional communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to deal with high pressure and work to tight deadlines whilst working independently.
