We are seeking a permanent full-time Senior Payroll Officer to join Bethesda Health Care at an exciting time in our journey. As one trusted organisation, now caring across two hospital campuses, Bethesda Health Care is expanding with Bethesda Mount becoming part of our organisation in the very near future.

Working alongside our Payroll & Compliance Lead, you will help deliver accurate and timely payroll services for approximately 1,000 employees across our growing healthcare organisation.

? Salary An attractive salary starting at $102,738, aligned with your skills and experience.

About You





- We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented payroll professional with:

3-5 years' experience in end-to-end payroll processing within a medium to large, complex organisation

- Strong knowledge of payroll legislation, including the Fair Work Act, superannuation and taxation requirements

- Demonstrated expertise in interpreting and applying Enterprise Agreements, Industrial Agreements and Modern Awards

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

- Experience providing payroll advice, guidance and support within a payroll team environment

- Commitment to accuracy, compliance and continuous improvement

Desirable:

- Healthcare payroll experience

- Experience using Access Micropay and Humanforce
