Senior Producer/Executive Producer

Some love shoot days.

We're looking for someone who somehow enjoys both.

We're after an experienced Senior Producer/or Executive Producer to help lead production across our growing slate of commercial work. Someone who loves the organised chaos of bringing ambitious ideas to life, whether that's a national TVC, a social-first campaign, a documentary, or something that doesn't neatly fit into a category yet.

Story always comes first, but we're equally interested in exploring how stories get told. New production techniques. Emerging technology. Mixed media. Virtual production. Practical effects. Whatever helps create better work, not just quicker work.

If the idea of figuring out how to pull off something everyone initially said was impossible sounds fun, we'll probably get along.

The role:

You'll work alongside our Creative Director to lead production across the studio, taking projects from brief through to delivery while helping shape how we work as we continue to grow.

You'll be trusted to own productions, build great relationships with clients and crew, keep the wheels turning behind the scenes, and create an environment where the creative team can do their best work.

Some weeks you'll be deep in budgets, schedules and logistics.

Other weeks you'll be standing in a paddock somewhere trying to work out how to get a tracking vehicle through a gate that's definitely too small.

Both are equally significant.

What you'll be doing:

- Producing commercial projects from concept through to final delivery.
- Managing budgets, schedules, timelines and production logistics.
- Working with directors, creatives, editors,



crew and freelancers to bring projects to life.
- Building lasting relationships with clients, suppliers and collaborators.
- Running shoots across Australia, from agile productions through to large commercial campaigns.
- Keeping post-production moving while making sure quality never slips.
- Finding smarter ways to work and helping evolve our production processes as the studio grows.
- Helping scope projects, solve production challenges and occasionally perform minor miracles.

Things we're looking for in you:

- Have several years producing commercial campaigns, TVCs or branded content.
- Love storytelling just as much as production.
- Can confidently own and lead productions.
- Stay calm when plans inevitably change.
- Enjoy collaborating with good people and making the process just as enjoyable as the final result.
- Get excited by innovative filmmaking techniques, emerging technology and finding better ways to bring ambitious ideas to life.
- Believe that being organised gives you more room to be creative.
