IVFAustralia has an immediate fulltime position for a Science Graduate as an entry level Scientific Officer, providing support functions to a large IVF laboratory in Greenwich (NSW).

ABOUT THE ROLE
- Permanent Full-time support scientist role
- Able to be involved with the laboratory weekend and public holiday roster
- Some examples of support tasks include providing laboratory administrative assistance, data entry, performing Quality Control testing,
equipment maintenance, Supplier liaison, sample receipt, patient communication, Media preparation, Bioitem management and movement.
- Communication skills with Patients, Suppliers and Internal staff is required.
THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT MUST HAVE
- A minimum of a Bachelor of Science (or related degree)
- Australian citizenship, or an Australian Permanent Residency Work Visa already issued to allow full time work and already be living inside Australia. Note: Work sponsored visas will NOT be offered for this position.
- Able to travel between sites if needed, and adapt to changing work workplace/needs
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a multi-disciplinary team,
- Focused on achieving patient outcomes as a career
- Excellent accuracy of processes, communication skills, self-motivated, an exceptional work ethic and a desire to learn.
