The company manages the full project lifecycle including system design, procurement of equipment, installation coordination, grid connection and regulatory compliance.

With a robust emphasis on practical, efficient and reliable energy solutions, the business supports residential, commercial and project-based clients seeking sustainable and cost-effective alternatives.

Creative 16 Pty Ltd is currently seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to lead its sales growth and brand development initiatives. This role will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, strengthening market presence and implementing targeted marketing strategies aligned with the company’s expansion goals.

The successful candidate will take ownership of planning and executing sales and marketing activities, managing performance metrics and building strong client and industry relationships. You will play a key role in positioning the Zip Solar brand competitively within the renewable energy market.

Minimum Requirements

- Bachelor degree or higher qualification in Marketing, Business, Commerce or a related field or at least five years of relevant experience to substitute for the formal qualification.
- At least three years of relevant experience in sales, marketing or business development





In this role your main responsibilities include

- Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies to increase market share and revenue growth
- Identify new business opportunities across residential, commercial and project-based segments
- Manage and monitor sales pipelines, lead generation activities and conversion performance
- Plan and deliver marketing campaigns across digital platforms, advertising channels and industry networks
- Analyse market trends, customer insights and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers and industry stakeholders
- Oversee branding initiatives to enhance brand visibility and reputation in the renewable energy sector
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and performance reports for management review
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and operational delivery
- Drive continuous improvement in customer engagement, lead management and sales processes
- Represent the business at industry events, trade shows and networking opportunities where required

- Demonstrated experience in managing sales pipelines and delivering marketing campaigns
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive performance improvements
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- High level of initiative, accountability and commercial awareness
- Interest in solar, renewable energy, or technical products will be highly regarded
