Public Sector People are partnering with a leading community housing provider to recruit a Manager Corporate Services for a 4 month contract.

This is an opportunity for an experienced corporate services leader to step into a broad operational leadership role overseeing procurement, facilities, workplace services, commercial tenancies, fleet management and supplier relationships across a national organisation.

Reporting to the Director Procurement and Corporate Services, you will provide strategic leadership while ensuring day to day operations are delivered safely, efficiently and in line with organisational priorities. You'll lead a small team, drive service improvements and work closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver high-quality corporate services.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Corporate Services operations across a national portfolio.
- Oversee procurement, tender processes, contract management and supplier performance.
- Manage office services, workplace operations, facilities, fleet and travel functions.
- Oversee commercial tenancy arrangements and lease obligations.
- Drive continuous improvement across systems, processes and service delivery.
- Lead and develop the Corporate Services team, supporting performance and capability.
- Manage Corporate Services budgets, governance, risk and compliance activities.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders,



contractors and corporate partners.
- Support organisational change initiatives and strategic business objectives.
- Monitor service performance to deliver efficient, customer-focused outcomes.

About You

- Demonstrated leadership experience across corporate services, facilities, procurement or operations.
- Robust experience managing contracts, suppliers and commercial relationships.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and driving performance.
- Sound understanding of governance, risk management and compliance.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and operational performance.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A strategic thinker with a practical, hands on leadership style.
- Current driver's licence and willingness to travel as required.
