Fantastic opportunities are available to work within a luxury car dealership in the Sutherland Shire working within our Aftersales Department. We are currently searching for a Service Concierge / Receptionist to join our team.

Reporting to the Aftersales Manager, you will be an integral part of our overall customer experience with responsibilities including but not limited to:

Meeting and greeting customers as the first point of contact

Answering of incoming telephone calls

Booking Service Department appointments for customers

Customer and vehicle database management

Providing administrative support to the service team

Offer and prepare refreshments for customers





The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

Cheerful and welcoming demeanour

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)

Ability to perform calmly and efficiently in a rapid paced environment

Exceptional time management and organisational skills

Conscientious and self-motivated with a strong eye for detail

Committed to providing exemplary customer service and always willing to gothe extra mile

Previous Automotive Industry experience in a similar role would be highly regarded, however applicants with relevant experience in other industries are encouraged to apply.
