Laurent Bakery is seeking an experienced Assistant Cake Kitchen Manager (Qualified Pastry Chef) to join our largest production facility in Australia. You will lead Pastry Chefs, Cooks and Apprentices and oversee daily pastry production with a focus on quality.

Reporting to the Cake Kitchen Manager, you will drive continuous improvement, manage inventory, meet production targets, and maintain HACCP and food safety standards in a rapid-paced environment.
