This role focuses on coordinating the daily concrete delivery schedule, balancing customer service, cost efficiency, and logistics planning.

Responsibilities:

- Allocating trucks for ensure smooth operations and maximise delivery efficiency for RGA and our customers
- Taking orders
- Commitment to RGA Safety standards with demonstrated safety leadership behaviors.
- Provide feedback for continuous improvement in delivery operations
- Ensure compliance with fatigue management and safety policies
- Escalate and report on delivery issues or disruptions
- Maintain strong communication with drivers and site teams
- Oversee and adjust schedules to meet customer demand and plant capacity
- Work closely with plant and fleet staff to optimise logistics
- Respond to jobsite changes and adjust schedules accordingly
- Liaise with external customers to ensure accurate and timely dispatch

Required skills and experience:

- Construction White card
- Prior experience in scheduling, dispatch or logistics coordination
- Concrete or construction industry experience (desirable)
- Ability to pass medicals and inductions as requested and required




- Ability to work in fast paced environment with shifting priorities
- Knowledge & Experience of WHS requirements
- Sound computer literacy skills and willingness to learn new systems
- Problem solving skills and solution orientated leader
- Excellent communication and organisation skills
