As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced Executive Business Services Managerto join our leadership team and help ensure our organisation remains strong, sustainable, and responsive to the needs of our community.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the CEO, this senior leadership role is responsible for overseeing the organisation’s financial, business, and operational functions. You will play a key part in supporting strategic direction, strengthening systems, and ensuring resources are managed effectively to maintain our high standards of care.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance




- Develop and enhance business and operational systems to support service delivery
- Provide strategic advice and support to the CEO and Board
- Experience with Industrial Relations and Human Resource Management at an operational management level
- Ensure solid governance, policy development, and risk management
- Drive continuous improvement aligned with aged care quality standards
- Support a positive workplace culture focused on accountability, teamwork, and care
- Build effective relationships with staff, residents, families, and community partners

Tertiary qualification in Business, Finance, or related discipline

Current CPA / CA ANZ / IPA membership (full membership)

Minimum 7 years’ senior experience in business and/or financial management

Demonstrated leadership capability with strong organisational skills

Proven experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and operational management

Experience in aged care, health, or community services
