Casual Educator – Fountaindale, NSW

Salary: $38.71 – $47.68 per hour (casual)

Responsibilities

- Supporting the implementation of engaging play‑based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Assisting in providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children.
- Building positive relationships with children, families, and team members.
- Supporting daily routines, activities, and supervision of children.
- Contributing to maintaining high standards aligned with the National Quality Standards (NQS).

Qualifications

- A genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, and alignment with Busy Bees values.
- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards).
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).




- Current Working with Children Check for NSW.
- Experience working as an educator within Australia (highly regarded).
- Flexibility to work across shifts between 6:30am and 6:30pm, Monday to Friday.
